Gina Columna brings 20+ years of experience working with leadership teams of corporations, educational institutions, non-profits, faith-based institutions and private individuals as an organizational consultant, coach and facilitator. What sets her apart in working with individual and organizations is her understanding of systems. Gina recognizes that one must consider the entire context of the system to ensure success.

Since 2005, she has also been an adjunct coach with The Center for Creative Leadership, a top five Executive Education globally recognized organization She served as the 2005 president of the International Coaching Federation, Charlotte chapter and is a graduate of Coach University.
