Johanna Aguirre

Johanna Aguirre is a Leadership and Empowerment Coach supporting organizational leaders to close the gap between their perceived reality and their full potential resulting in a purposeful vision, high performance and deep fulfillment. Her coaching journey started in 2015, and since then, she has had the privilege to support clients through different services, such as one-on-one coaching, group coaching and facilitation, and intact teams. Through the organizational coaching lens, she has worked with La Roche Pharmaceuticals, and currently I’m part of the pool of Leadership coaches within BetterUp, and Crux Consulting.

With over 20 years of corporate experience in Latin America and North America in several industries. Including Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Retail, Johanna has been exposed to the innerworkings and development of businesses within the Healthcare, Higher Education and Hospitality segments. All this combined has equipped her with a unique, first-hand perspective of different organizational cultures and leadership styles, and has given me insight on the organizational employee's ongoing challenges, opportunities and motivations.
