Creating Cultures of Belonging is an inspiring program that allowed me to interact with colleagues across the system that I would not normally be connected to.  The program also allowed me to bond with leaders outside of healthcare with similar leadership goals.  The CCOB program facilitated meaningful conversations about leadership concerns specific to women of color. Along with issues being addressed, tools were
​provided to overcome unconscious ways of being that might have otherwise been ignored.
